Teach yoga classes in English. Hatha flow, all levels welcome. I can offer Adult and childrens classes

I completed my yoga teacher training 200 hours at the “Freestyle yoga project” in 2020 with Mark Freeth. Studying an in depth look at correct alignment, Asana and breath work. Since then, I have been delivering classes with my regulars at Natural Fit, teaching private 1-1’s and leading group classes in the sunshine-My love of movement started from a young age through the art of dance. Spending 4 months in India dropped me right into the heart of yoga, being fully immersed in yogic philosophy. I’m eager to further my yoga journey and share my passion and ultimately make people FEEL GOOD. I’ve just moved to Toulouse from England and am looking to teaching English speaking yoga classes.
