Hi, my name's Abdelkrim, but I prefer Kareem, I'm 26 and I'm from Algeria. I have been teaching English, both in my country and in Turkey.
I am a graduate with a Master's degree in English language and I have been teaching English for about 3 years now.
My passion for learning English begun at an early age when I started watching cartoons in English! I worked on my language skills for years and I've alwyas wanted to be the best in what I do. Reading novels, watching tons of movies and serials as well as listening to all kinds of music in English are the main keys to improving my capacities.
I started teaching in a language center in my hometown. My classes included all categories of learners; kids, teenagers and adults. I always look for fun methods to deliver my lessons so that both my learners and I enjoy the lesson. Then, I got the chance to be an international teacher in Turkey. First, I worked in Trabzon for about 4 months, then I had to move to Istanbul. I delivered lessons to highschool students as well as university students. I also held private classes with learners who prefered to have speaking sessions.
Learners differ in their learning styles and capacities; henceforth, I always try to tailor the lessons according to my learners' needs.
Alongside with teaching English, I also do IELTS and TOEFL prep classes.
I'm here to help you not just to improve your English but also to develop other skills such as reading and writing. I will not be just your teacher but a friend who is ready to share life experiences and listen to you. and if you are a fan of football, we'd definitely be good friends!
