Dear Beloved Students,
It is Farah EL KHATIB, PhD student in Business Management at UPJV - Université de Picardie Jules Verne - Amiens .
I got my first Master's Degree in Business Management from the Lebanese University, and the other in Banking and Finance from UPJV - Amiens.
I worked as an administrative officer and university lecturer in the faculty of business for five years. I have taught Business skills and marketing skills courses, and I was a senior project reader for 5 months. I used to teach through a PowerPoint document well-prepared. I always prepare case studies and exercises to help the students in the comprehension and to help them think in the abstract.
I worked for Select Hosting Agency. I was an event team leader for five years (Job type: Part Time)
And today, I am in France (Amiens - 80000) to finalize my PhD and to develop my professional and academic skills.

My demonstrated history of working in the education management industry empowers me to be well-versed in lecturing, academic consulting, and educational leadership. I always use methods to encourage students, and to respect the Social Responsibility toward the students, the environment, and the organization in which I am working.
I always follow the new teaching facilities, new instructions, and use technology (Microsoft teams, Zoom). And due to the pandemic (Covid-19), I try to motivate, support, and help students to achieve their goals. I always ask them to be positive, and to work toward reaching their objectives.
