Teaching has always been my passion ever since I started schooling. I have always had one goal in mind to become a teacher so I can impact knowledge. During my time at the university as an undergraduate student, I was a member of an NGO with the sole purpose of travelling to deprived areas in Ghana to teach and educate them in all fields of education. After my undergraduate degree, I occupied the position of a teaching and research assistant for a year where I had the opportunity of helping students in excelling in their Genetic and Molecular Biology course.

I am enthusiastic about this position as I do believe I have the necessary skills and abilities required to excel in this job.
During my career, I have honed my skills and successes through hard work. I am a problem solver who can prioritize and manage complex projects competently. In my previous roles, I collaborated, maintained interpersonal relationships, and demonstrated honesty in the contribution of team efforts and organizational improvements. I am open-minded and always focused on the task ahead. I have proven to be effective and motivating, perfectly mastering communication and collaborative work in my previous role as a teaching assistant. I like brainstorming and coordinating efforts to achieve a common goal.
