Spanish lessons and experienced Virtual Assistance

Hello, my name is Irene Vergara and I am Hospitality graduate from Glion, Switzerland, with over 7 years of valuable international experience in administration and service industries. After the pandemic I faced the challenge of losing my job and I had to innovate and started working freelance developing business plans, for starting businesses, marketing strategies and most recently I held the position of Executive Virtual Assistant at an international NGO called Bilingual Generation. In this role, I had the opportunity to work on translations, transcriptions and the creation of the English to Spanish curriculum. I also took part in the development of the curriculum where its main focus is to teach kids how to speak Spanish. My responsibilities as a VA also included managing information flow, organizing over 15 complex trip logistics, and overseeing the schedules and successfully coordinating meetings for 4 high-level executives including the CEO across multiple time zones in both the US and Europe. Throughout my career, I have developed a strong ability to adapt to dynamic work environments, become committed to pro activity and my attention to detail has consistently contributed to my professional success. I also have an international background, I have lived in over 5 countries and have a passion for learning from new cultures. I also love horror movies and staying active.
