I am Dr Oussar Moustafa from Algeria. I have a remarkable experience in teaching English for both kids and adults. I have the ability to encourage students participate and take their responsibility for their demonstrated and successful record of prior employment in a learning educational environment. My teaching skills enable me to provide feedback and encouragement to all students by having knowledge of the workshop model through which I can create opportunities for students collaboration, decision making, team knowledge of child development building, leadership and other transferable skills.I also have a good experience in working collaboratively and demonstrating the ability to view the learning environment extending. I am eager to contribute in a co-teaching environment beyond the classroom. Due to my experience in dealing with different students with various cultural backgrounds, I am able to deal with diverse population of students, parents and lessons plans to include opportunities for students to families demonstrate success and be acknowledged. My teaching career in both university and middle schools( private and public) have given me the occasion to deal with students with a feeling of failure and lead them to develop a sense of success and acquiring admiration. Moreover,in different situations I have had the opportunity to get in touch with students living in an autistic situation
