Hello! My name is Nerea, I am 25 years old and I would love to become a teacher of both my mother tongue, Spanish, or English. This would not be my first experience with giving lessons as I have been doing so as a volunteer for several years.
I try do my courses in the most dynamic way, but at the same time taking care to the needs of the pupils and achieving the goals they need to. I like to use music, series, or short videos to tackle specific topics, but I can adapt easily in other more professional topics. As I have been taking language courses since I was a kid (Basque, English, German and French), I think I know the best way to teach a language, as I have been, and I will still be, on the other side continuing to improve my French level. Nevertheless, before starting our classes we will discuss which goals you want to reach and together we will find the best way to reach them!
In case of teaching Spanish, I can teach not only grammar, vocabulary or structures but also aspects related to the Spanish/Latin American culture, traditions and other practical information. If you aim to work in Spain, or if you just want to go to spend your holidays there, this insight will be really useful.
