I use different tools to demonstrate the contents of the lesson after having demonstrated the present simple .The accent is mainly on oral capacity During a 2 hour lesson for example there is only a 15 minute written exercise to consolidate .This particular tense will be used to describe habits generality and facts so pupils will talk about their own habits etc using adverbs of frequency.The use of videos e learning listening telephone etc help to vary the activities.The pupil always has a short written exercise to do at home to consolidate the structure.The following lesson will start with a quick check to ensure that the structure has been understood and acquired. If the demand is essentially conversation I use television serials films radio programmes to improve comprehension and range of es such as bingo taboo monopoly etc can also dynamise the lesson and create interactivity
