I see myself as an educator, not only a teacher. I have been teaching English and French and Turkish languages for more than 10 years. Due to my experience during these years, I encourage students to question their actions and how we can use our knowledge to question the choices we make in our life. One of my greatest strength as an educator is meeting each student's unique needs by developing in personal understanding of each of them. Furthermore, according to my personality type I'm not only their teacher , also their friend. I am a friendly one and have an eye for details and have a feeling of sympathy, so I can monitor all my students individually.

I enjoy the challenge of teaching students academically but also helping them to thrive socially. As a team player, I have joined and participated in committees and institute improvement projects to help build a better environment for students and staff alike.
