Description des cours
I am American and moved to France 2 years ago.
My Skills and Experience:
I have a background in teaching English as a second language (ESL) at a private international school here in Paris.
I am also taking French courses to enhance my French speaking.
I have worked with French-speaking students and understand the challenges they may face when learning English.
I’m trained in using fun, interactive, and age-appropriate methods—games, songs, role-playing, and visual aids to make learning exciting.
I use positive reinforcement, patience, and encouragement to help every student feel confident.
My ideal teaching day would be
- Warm-Up (5–10 minutes)
We’ll begin each class with a simple activity to get your brain ready for English!
Examples: a short song, a quick game, or a fun question like “What’s the weather today?”
- Main Lesson (15–20 minutes)
We'll focus on one main topic per class—such as colors, animals, numbers, or simple conversations.
You'll learn:
New vocabulary
Easy grammar structures
How to speak and listen in English
We’ll use images, videos, and props to make everything clear and visual.
- Games & Activities (10–15 minutes)
We’ll practice what you learned with fun games like:
Bingo
Memory match
Simon Says
Role-playing (ex: ordering food in a restaurant!)
-Creative Work or Mini Project (optional)
Sometimes we’ll draw, create a poster, or write short sentences using what we learned.
-Review & Homework (5 minutes)
We’ll quickly go over what we did and give you a small task to do at home—like drawing your favorite animal and writing its name in English.
