I am a Primary Teacher, with English major. I got my degree in CEU University of Valencia (Spain). I describe myself as a curious and vocational person, being able to work independently or as a team. However, if I had to highlight one of my qualities, it would be the creativity. I firmly believe that giving to the education a different and creative touch every day can be more simulating and appealing for children. For example, I use the existing connection between music and feelings, in order to combine technical knowledge and emotions, making the teaching process more human.
Through my experience I increase my understanding of the educational approach, which helps me to know better the teacher goals, such as to promote a positive environment in classroom, to improve the relationship between pupils, to spark their motivation and to let them discover their strengths, skills which make them unique and special.
The reason for what I wan to move to Toulouse, is because of the dream to start a new life project. My partner is working and living in Toulouse, so it could be a perfect opportunity to start a new stage there. The language is not a problem for me, because I master Spanish language, Catalan and English and, nowadays I am assisting to French lessons (B1 level) in the “Official Languages School of Valencia”. Moreover, I am a flexible and open-minded person, being ready to welcome news disciplines. And also, I am eager to contribute with my experience in issues like the emotional competence of Daniel Goleman, the
multiple intelligences of Howard Gardner or the cooperative learning of the brothers Johnson & Johnson, among others, which I have usually integrated in my daily work.
