Hello everyone!
My name is Sadio SAO and I am 31. I have just completed my Master degree in multilingual translation and communication and I also have a degree in English Linguistics and Sociolinguistics. After high school, I went to the University of Gaston Berger, where I spent 2 years studying Arts, Literature and civilisations of the English speaking world before specializing in Linguistics for three years. Besides, I have worked for five months as an intern in a real estate company established in New York City, NYH, and for a translation agency located in Senegal. With NYH, I got the opportunity to work as a real estate assistant by doing diverse tasks on product management and to translate the main descriptions of apartments that were meant to be published on the website of the agency. As far as MMS Services was concerned, I used to translate documents of diverse nature and help the director in other tasks related to translation and proofreading. The third one was within the scope of a survey for a company named PDIDAS, in the land sector. I have also worked on the project of the Service Patrimoine et Inventaire de la Direction de la Culture et du Patrimoine, Région Loire Region, in the translation of glossaries and children's booklets. I have always been very interested in working as a teacher and that for a long time I may say, because first of all I have always loved studying languages, English in particular, and that’s even the reason why I chosed to follow classes on the subject after high school. I have always felt at ease in giving tutoring to the kids of my neighbourhood, because I believe that teaching is not a complex task if you know how to build a connexion or a good relationship between you and your students, being patient, kind, pedagogic and taking into account the diversity of the class. And I know I am good at that and I think I have what it takes to be a good teacher and to respond to your expectations.
