I am honored to apply for this candidacy for the announced position and inform you that my nomination stems from my conviction and interest in the educational field, as well as the scientific gains that I have accumulated during my career in primary education.
Note that the number of years of actual teaching service exceeds the 10-year level with an honorable academic level, which included the secondary education stage, which was specialized in the sciences of nature and life, followed by the BA in Arabic literature, a classical university system. This stage allowed me to discover and practice Arabic literature and foreign languages ??and literatures. Towards research in children’s literature, the graduation memo from this stage entitled “The Symbol in Children’s Literature: An Analytical Study of Animal Stories in the Book of One Thousand and One Nights” paved the way for me to discover the literature and the world of reading and educational childhood, which motivated me to complete the master’s stage in education, where I got to know more about Teaching methods and curricula and ways of understanding research and exploration methods in the minds of learners, and the foundations of building curricula, providing information and distributing knowledge. In addition to studying the secrets of language, both spoken and non-verbal, and I was interested in analyzing them and searching for ways to interpret and understand them.
I headed for practical life towards primary education and the world of childhood, and I was passionate about developing teaching curricula and methods of communicating information, taking into account the individual differences between learners, which gave me a greater opportunity to invest my knowledge in creating new ways to understand and assimilate the learner’s brain in general. I received encouragement from the guardians and educational inspectors during my career and I was aware of everything new related to the world of education.
I participated in the Educational Research Cell headed by the District Inspector, in the context of developing research in the education sector. We studied curricula, teaching methods, and textbooks and their relationship to the learner's understanding and knowledge content.
I supervised teacher training seminars in the province during my career and built a lot of teachers and educational competencies.
I also obtained certificates in the field of human development and psychological stimulation from internationally accredited academies, and I supervised training in the field of human development, including memorization evenings, psychological comfort evenings, good leadership evenings and team work
In addition to all this, I am an Algerian novelist who writes in the field of Arabic novels in general and manga in particular. I have imaginative and scientific orientations in literary creativity. I have published a multi-chapter novel entitled Defenders of Galaxies, for Wamda Publishing and Distribution, each part of which exceeds 500 pages, the world of writing and authorship. Help me advance the teaching profession because it refines my ideas and always gives me new ideas. I also strive towards globalization in the field of writing by trying to translate my work in international forums.
I am also proficient in both French and English, although the second one beats the first by virtue of the personal preferences for English literature in general, and I control computer and information skills, and I consider it a hobby and passion because we are today in a digital world in which the experienced in this field remains. That is, because I specialize in the world of Microsoft, electronic programs and design, from that I designed the electronic school magazine, which I won in the state competitions as the best magazine.
