Investment banking requires giving in long hours and being active all the time. My previous internship in Operations at Amazon had strengthened me for such a career and taught me required leadership skills. While working day and night shifts every alternate week, I was lead of a major project that changed the assignment of labour and increased the productivity of the fulfilment center significantly. I was told by my manger and the team members, whom I was leading, that I am very logic and number oriented and have a good attention to details. Being a lead of the one of the process of the fulfilment center for one of the biggest summer sales in India was a very good team experience and it gave me a very good exposure.
