Although I do not have formal classroom teaching experience, I have significant experience in training and learning & development within my professional career. During my 8 years working in India’s luxury 5-star hotel industry, I was actively involved in mentoring and training team members as part of my roles.

I regularly supported new joiners and colleagues by helping them improve their communication skills, customer service standards, and workplace English usage. I also contributed to on-the-job training sessions, guided employees in handling guest interactions, and assisted in their professional development.

Through these experiences, I developed strong skills in explaining concepts clearly, adapting my communication style to different learners, and ensuring that individuals feel confident while learning.
