I have skills in physics, mathematics, computer programming and statistical analysis which include the following; statistical modeling; variance analysis; correlation; data visualization; machine learning algorithm development; hypothesis testing. I also have experience with Keras, Tensor Flow and python in general along with C/C++ for data analytics and application development. I also have experience with bioinformatics and statistical analysis of biological data such as differential expression analysis of RNA sequencing data. My experience also includes statistical testing to reject or accept null hypotheses of samples showing no significant differences in gene expression.
