I use a pedagogical approach to teach my learners/audience. For kindergarten, I use flashcards, drawing, music, singing, and dancing as a way to learn while having fun. For primary and high school learners, I incorporate a little of both. I use the latest syllabus textbooks that I find online (for free) to teach students.

My academic background includes a Master's degree in Microbiology and Physico-chemistry in food and wine processes from Université de Bourgogne, where I graduated with distinction. I am currently in my final (3rd) year of my PhD at Le Mans Université, France, specializing in the characterization and functionality of rapeseed protein isolate.

I had a private tutor with Ms Colleen for 6 months. As a non-English speaker, I had a difficulty in understanding English but through her private lesson with me she offered me quick easy teaching and tips. I like how she doesn’t make me feel like I am in a classroom but more like in a social class. Through her mentorship and tutoring I successfully got B1 in school. I am currently studying linguistic at the University and Colleen’s help made me to achieve my dream as a linguistic student. Her tutoring hours is flexible. She is agile and easy to talk to, very patient and understanding.

Before I met Ms Mudau, I was not confident with myself in speaking and writing English. I met her at the University in my first year and she tutored me privately this other module called English Communication Skills (ECS) and I passed it with distinction. Today I'm confident enough in writing and speaking English because of tutorials Ms Mudau gave me.

Ms Colleen tutored me Linguistic majoring in English for the period of 12months. I wanted to improve my writing skills, oral presentation and enhance/boost my confidence in oral speech. The time I started I was Fairly good in English and by the time my lessons with her came to an end I was confident to say I was very fluent in English and very confident to speak boldly. Having chosen Colleen as my Tutor then was a great investment that I wouldn't trade for anything and I always recommend her to people that require assistance in English.

At the beginning, I had difficulties to speak, understand and express myself correctly in English. As an engineering student, I had to pass certifications like TOEIC. That's how I started taking English classes with Colleen. With a communication-oriented methodology, she was able to give me the necessary vocabulary to speak well English. I recommend her courses.
