Flora Mel

I have 8 years of teaching experience working with middle and high school students aged 10–16, specializing in Science subjects. In addition, I have experience teaching both children and adults as a certified ESL teacher.

I design and deliver lessons that are tailored to each student's individual needs, learning level, and goals. I believe that students learn best when lessons connect with their interests, so I adapt my teaching methods and materials whenever appropriate to make learning meaningful and engaging.

My teaching style is interactive, energetic, and student-centered. I strive to create a positive learning environment where students feel motivated, confident, and excited to participate. While learning is my primary focus, I also ensure that students enjoy the process through engaging activities and meaningful interactions.

When assessing student progress, I align all assessments with the lesson objectives and learning targets to ensure accurate and purposeful evaluation. I firmly believe that learning becomes most effective when students are interested in what they are doing and develop a genuine love for learning.
