Freedom Godwin

I am Freedom Chibuzor Unogu, a bilingual speaker of French and English, born in Cameroon and raised partly in Nigeria. I graduated from Lagos State University in January 2015 with a Second Class Upper Division in French, with a minor in Portuguese. I also obtained a Postgraduate Diploma in Education (PGDE) in 2023.

I am a language translator, interpreter, and polyglot. I speak and write English and French fluently, with working knowledge of Portuguese and Spanish. I run a YouTube channel where I teach these languages. During my immersion program at the Nigeria French Language Village, Badagry in 2013, I emerged as the third-best French student and was recognized as the best sports personality of my set.

I achieved an overall band score of 7 in the IELTS examination and recorded strong academic performance in both my secondary school and university education, graduating as one of the top students in my department.

With over ten years of teaching experience, I have taught French and English extensively, as well as basic Spanish and Portuguese to international students online. I have also translated and developed educational materials.

Beyond teaching, I have experience in aviation, marketing, and media, and hold a certificate in Linguistics Proficiency and Leadership. I am passionate about languages, communication, cultural exchange, and continuous learning, and I look forward to impacting positively into the lives of my students.
