My name is Klara Stepinac, and I am a Global Business Management student at RIT Croatia, part of the Rochester Institute of Technology Global Campus. I am currently on the Dean’s List with a GPA of 3.8, reflecting my strong commitment to academic excellence and continuous learningThroughout my studies, I have developed a strong interest in areas such as human resources, marketing, digital marketing, accounting, and the hospitality and entertainment industries. My academic experience is international and interdisciplinary. I am currently participating in an Erasmus exchange program at the American Business College in Paris, where I continue to study business in an international environment and collaborate with students from diverse backgrounds.In addition to my studies, I have gained valuable teaching and mentoring experience through tutoring. I worked as a tutor for Macroeconomics at RIT Croatia and currently tutor a middle school student with dyslexia. These experiences helped me develop patience, empathy, and the ability to adapt explanations to different learning styles. I strongly believe that every student learns differently, and my goal is to create a supportive environment where students feel confident asking questions and exploring new ideas..I am fluent in Croatian and English, speak intermediate German, and have basic knowledge of Spanish. I enjoy working in multicultural environments and communicating with people from different backgrounds. My teaching approach emphasizes active listening, clear communication, and encouraging students to develop critical thinking skills. I strive to make learning engaging, practical, and supportive so that students can reach their full potential. I am very attentive to my students and personalize my classes.
