I was working as a teacher at a language school in China. My students were mostly kids between the ages of 5 to 12. Normally before the students officially started their classes, they needed to take a quiz for me to see their current language level. Then I would develop teaching content suitable for students according to the quiz results. Before every class, I would make a lesson plan which includes class time, topic, objectives, materials, teaching aids and specific teaching steps. I combined simple language games and auxiliary multimedia teaching to improve the teaching that make learning fun and effective.
