I learned Japanese the same way you're about to. From zero, as a foreigner. I spent my degree at Ritsumeikan Asia Pacific University in the Japanese countryside, then worked in Tokyo, where Japanese was my daily working language.

I teach in English or French. I can explain why ? and ? are different in a language you already understand, then get you using it.

My lessons are conversation-first. Grammar matters, but you learn it through sentences you'll actually say I believe. Beginners very welcome; I'll get you up to speed fast.

Outside of lessons: I read One Piece in Japanese, I travel a lot. Bring your own interests and we can build lessons around the exact vocab you'll need first.

I also have fantastic resources for JLPTN1. Passed it myself and built a treasure of an excel file with all that's needed to pass it.
