Nefe-Ann

Hello! My name is Teacher Nefe-Ann, and I'm from the beautiful country of the Philippines. I'm a passionate English teacher who has been teaching children, teenagers, and adults since 2021. Helping my students build confidence and improve their English skills is one of the most rewarding parts of my career.

I believe that great teachers are lifelong learners. That's why I'm currently taking online teaching courses at Arizona State University to further develop my teaching skills and provide the best learning experience for my students. I'm also TEFL certified and currently working toward my TESOL certification.

Outside the classroom, I enjoy spending time in parks and at the beach, traveling with my family and friends, watching movies, and playing with my pets. These hobbies help me stay creative, positive, and energized.

In my classes, I create a supportive, student-centered environment where learning is interactive, engaging, and enjoyable. I tailor each lesson to my students' goals, encourage them to speak with confidence, and make sure they feel comfortable asking questions and making mistakes—because that's how real learning happens. My dedication to teaching has earned me certificates of recognition and appreciation, which motivate me to continue helping my students succeed.
