Hello, and welcome! I am an experienced teacher with four years of teaching in English: one year as a trained teacher at an international school and three years as a university assistant lecturer. I now help primary, collège and lycée students improve their English and feel confident using it.

How my lessons work

The first lesson is a short, relaxed level check. I find out what the student finds easy, what is difficult, and what the goal is: better grades, homework help, speaking with confidence, or getting ready for the brevet or the bac. Then I make a clear, step-by-step plan.

A typical lesson includes:
– a quick review of the last lesson
– a new topic (grammar, vocabulary, reading or listening) explained simply, with examples
– speaking practice through short dialogues, games and questions, so students stop being afraid to talk
– exercises to practise, plus a little homework to remember what we learned

For younger children, I use songs, pictures and games to make English fun. For teenagers, I follow the school programme and help with homework, written tasks and oral exams.

I am patient and encouraging, and I adapt my pace to each student. Parents get short updates on progress. Lessons take place online by video call or at your home in Paris.

I can also help with maths or science in English for students at international or bilingual schools.
