Hello, I'm Skyler. I come from Chongqing, China.

I love learning different languages, such as Korean and Thai. I love music—I can sing and play the piano. I also enjoy outdoor activities like skiing and diving, and I like traveling to experience different cultures and make friends from all over the world. Recently, I’ve been practicing Wing Chun.

In my daily life, I work as a piano teacher with rich one-on-one teaching experience. My teaching style is gentle, patient, and communicative. I can adjust the most suitable teaching method according to each student’s characteristics and learning progress.

In February 2023, I volunteered as a Chinese teacher at a primary school in Uttaradit, Thailand, teaching children basic Chinese.

I’m very passionate about teaching Chinese and spreading Chinese culture. I can create customized Chinese lessons just for you, from daily conversations and pronunciation correction to explanations of Chinese culture. I will help you learn authentic Chinese in a relaxing and fun way. In class, I use PPT, videos, flashcards and other tools to make learning more effective.
