Coaching for Students and Those Looking for or Starting Their Careers Starting university, entering the workplace, changing direction or simply trying to work out what you want from your career can be exciting — but it can also be confusing and surprisingly demanding. I’m Robin, an experienced coach and psychotherapist with over 18 years’ experience helping people understand themselves, build confidence and navigate challenges in both their personal and professional lives. I’m also an experienced business leader, having built and sold two companies and worked with people and organisations including Disney, IBM, Salesforce, P&G and the UN. My coaching is not about telling you what you should do. It’s about helping you work out what matters to you, what might be getting in your way, and what choices you have. We might explore confidence, motivation, career direction, relationships, communication, interviews, workplace challenges, managing difficult situations, or simply feeling a little more capable of handling whatever comes next. I work in a relaxed, supportive and practical way. There is no expectation that you arrive with everything figured out — in fact, that is often the point. Whether you are preparing for your first job, finding your feet in a new career, considering a change, or simply want someone independent to think things through with, I can offer a safe space to explore what's going on and help you move forward with greater clarity, confidence and choice. You don't have to have it all worked out. You just need somewhere to start.
