I have been able to succeed with children who failed regularly. I was able to succeed in this by becoming their friend. I studied their behavior and where their interest is then I act on that. I remove distractions. I respect them, I am fair with them, and very patient. This way you get their strengths and weakness. I prepare each topic with materials and activities. Assign homework and interesting exercises so they don't get bored. Identify students with special requirements and create individualized plans. Keep a record of students’ attendance and grades. I have a TEFL certificate which is a requirement for teaching English . I have a certificate in AUD and I am presently pursuing a coaching course from Oxbridge College Birmingham U.K Je prépare chaque sujet avec du matériel et des activités.
