Teach yoga, Pranayam, mindfulness, meditation and Indian Philosophy

As a Yoga Educator for the past 22 years, I have taught Yoga and Indian Philosophy at various institutions in Mumbai, India, including Kaivalyadhama Yoga Institute, St. Xavier’s College (Autonomous), The Cathedral John Connon School, Walsingham House School, and Exim Bank, amongst others. I hold a Master’s Degree in Philosophy and both an Advanced Diploma and Diploma in Yoga Education from the University of Mumbai, India. I am the author of "Schools of Indian Philosophy Simplified," which covers nine schools of Indian Philosophy and the important Yoga Sutras. (Available on Amazon - I am a certified Yoga Teacher & Evaluator - YCB Level 3 by the Yoga Certification Board, Ministry of AYUSH, Govt. of India. I am an ex-YCB-empanelled observer by the Yoga Certification Board, Ministry of AYUSH, Govt. of India, for conducting examinations for students aspiring to become Yoga teachers worldwide. I hold a Certificate & Diploma in Yoga Education from Kaivalyadhama, Yoga Institute & Research Center, Mumbai, India. I hold an ASSTT-Yoga Teacher Training certificate from Patanjali Yoga Peeth Trust, India. I have been student of Bihar School of Yoga, Iyengar Institution, Chinmaya Mission, RIshiRina trust, Anantacharya Institution, amongst others for over 10 years.
