My approach to teaching combines warmth, structure and respect for each child’s pace. As a Montessori educator and English teacher, I create opportunities for children to learn through exploration, practical activities, stories, songs and games. I observe their interests and needs, then adapt my lessons to help them participate confidently and make progress. I value clear routines, consistent expectations and a calm classroom atmosphere. I encourage independence while remaining available to guide children when they need support. Building trusting relationships with pupils, families and colleagues is central to the way I work. My aim is to help children develop not only their language and academic skills, but also curiosity, confidence, empathy and a lasting enjoyment of learning, while contributing to the school’s educational approach and daily life.
