for me teaching should be always tailored to the target . so there is no one pants fit all type of teaching during my courses . its always important for me to double check whether what i have been doing for a week or two is passing according to my plans . and at last i always try to know from the students ans as well to improve my skills . every new course is a new experience sometimes good and sometimes bad.
