English language both adults and children alike

My roll when teaching students is first of all to make them comfortable, and establishing their current needs, such as improving their overall vocabulary, or business English, dependant on their needs. I believe that being patient and diligent is the key in being very productive in class. I found myself in various situation where the students were reluctant to participate in classes, mainly because lack of interest or maybe they were too tired. I completely understand that both children and adults are under load, and pressure, therefore I do my best to gradually interest them in class material. It's proven to be quite effective and I still use the same method in my classes.
