My name is Beth, I was born in England so English is my mother tongue! Je parle aussi couramment français car j'ai vécu en région Parisienne pendant plusieurs années y también hablo español porque viví en Andalucía durante varios años!
I have a Master's degree from Paris-Sorbonne University as well as a 168-hour Level 5 TEFL Certificate. I have been teaching English for over 10 years now, how time flies!
I currently live in the United Kingdom but I have lived in 5 different countries and taught English to children, teenagers and adults of all ages and all levels in several different private schools and academies.
Now I am solely focused on online teaching through Skype, so you can enjoy our lessons from the comfort of your sofa!
What will happen during our first lesson?
During our first lesson, I will evaluate your level and we will define your needs and objectives in English. I have a wide range of high-quality personalised teaching materials (don't worry, no boring school manuals!), so depending on your level I will select exercises and themes that correspond to your needs and interests! I will also send you extra materials and homework (only if you want of course!) between each lesson.
Interested in conversation classes?
I have a wide range of fun, interesting conversation topics for us to discuss and I will of course note down any mistakes as you speak without disrupting your flow too much, I want to help you feel comfortable!
I always keep my lessons light-hearted, with a pleasant, fun atmosphere while remaining as efficient as possible. English is such a wonderful language and it makes me so happy to share it with the world, it's really not as hard as you think and learning a language doesn't have to be boring, I promise that we'll have a lot of fun!
