I have experienced teaching students in a variety of settings. Working as a  teacher in the previous private institution I belonged to, I have acquired the ability to challenge and motivate the students in understanding the importance of Education. My willingness and enthusiasm towards teaching will surely help the students in valuing and practicing the discipline of education.
 
Having been a licensed teacher for five years, I realized that the key to being an effective educator is to involve myself in continuous professional development and I believe this offer will surely provide me opportunities to join various teaching training programs that will help me develop not just myself but to my students. Having experienced a lot of community service projects while incorporating service into my teaching in the previous years, I confidently affirm that I can help the my future students continue its endeavor.
 
When it comes to teaching, I would say I'm strict but fair. I believe when students are challenged with realistic goals and given the support they need not to just get the answers right but to be able to use those learnings to solve future problems on their own, everyone comes out on top. I also think that as a teacher, it’s my job and duty to support my students through the lessons I give, but also through the various challenges they may face at school, and to partner with them as well as other support systems to help them feel motivated, comfortable, and happy in the classroom.
