Teaching English as a Second Language to non-native speakers

I have always been passionate about various languages given the fact that I'm actively speaking five of them on practically a daily basis. I've started my language teaching career four years ago and using my previous experiences managing and training various teams, I have devised a quite sharp pedagogical approach to teaching English to French professionals. I tend to take it as a personal challenge to make them learn as much as possible during a lesson by making them feel that this hour (or half an hour) of lesson was rather a fun interactive language break rather than an academic nail to be pounded in their heads. Treating learners as people, using empathy to the maximum and resonating with their current mood during the lessons, tend to make them more relaxed and receptive to new content; hence improving their ability to memorize and understand. One of my mojo might be "Understanding is the father of memorization." This has always made my students come back for more and I have always gotten 100% satisfaction from all my learners.
