Academic Support Classes for school and university students

Dear future student,

I have been learning languages since childhood. Language learning adds a new personality and a new person unto you. Therefore, my classes are shaped by my own experience of learning and many years of teaching students in different sittings. My methodology is very simple, I want to know you and all the reasons why you want to learn the language, then we will design a specific plan that suits your needs and meets your goals.

Grammar and pronunciation are very important, but my experience has thought me that they come secondary to your comfort of trying to engage with the language and feel safe to make mistakes. Children are the greatest language learners, and they have a lot to teach us adults about learning a new language. This is not to say that there is no structure to our courses, but rather that the structure will be determined by your level and needs.

Rather than a traditional setting of teacher - student relationship, we will have a friendly cooperation and will try to make each class as exciting and as productive as possible. Our contents will include exercises that stimulate your brain activity, such as games, translations, debates, presentations and real life simulations to make you speak as much as possible.

A few classes on the basics words should equip you to formulate simple sentences and with few simple sentences to create paragraphs and hopefully be able to write a letter or a short essay. Speaking and writing are your greatest assets in learning a new language, and the way to master them are through mistakes and my job as a teacher is to help you slowly correct a few mistake at a time and build upon your strengths.
