Greetings! I'm Elpida! I was born and raised in the U.S.A.
I've studied English Literature and specialized in ESL at Forest Park College of Missouri,USA. I'm a certified CELTA ESL Teacher.
I've taken part in English language teaching seminar & psychology. I like reading books and listening to music.I've been teaching for over 20 years in various English Language Schools.I've taught English from junior levels to adults of all ages. I've also specialized in English Exams based on CEF.
My Teaching Style is communicative language. I believe that focusing on problem-solving and everyday situations is a great way to obtain fluency. I help students become actively involved in speaking and listening. I'm an upbeat, lively, & very open-hearted person,I respect my students & colleagues.
As an educator,I'm passionate about my job & I love teaching as it has given me the chance to broaden my horizons, to share & obtain knowledge,meet new students from around the world!
My philosophy of education is that all children are unique and must have a stimulating educational environment where they can grow physically, mentally, emotionally, and socially. It is my desire to create this type of atmosphere where students can meet their full potential in a safe and fun environment.
