Over the past decade, I’ve taught English language in secondary schools and I've supported young learners and adults of varying English proficiency levels in developing strong fluency and exam readiness. My approach is communicative — meaning you’ll practice speaking and listening in context, not just study rules. I integrate audiovisuals, quizzes, and real-life examples to make grammar clear and memorable. Whether you’re preparing for an exam or just starting your English journey, lessons are always adapted to your level and goals. My experience includes teaching English Language, Literature, and preparing students for major exams such as A-Level, GCSE, 11 Plus, IB, AP, IGCSE, SAT English, Duolingo English Test and entrance exams. I’m known for breaking down grammar in simple, engaging ways and using activities like focused speaking practice, interactive games, role-plays, and to help students use English confidently in real conversations. I guide my students by ensuring lessons are personalized and tailored to their needs. My lessons are engaging, fun and memorable. You will make quick progress with me as your tutor.

I'm passionate about empowering students to confidently communicate in English.

For 19 years, I've helped students become fluent in English for daily life and exams. I use activities like games and roleplaying to improve grammar. I tailor my online class to the needs of my learners. I use differentiation method to ensure my class are inclusive. I ensure that the four language skills are embedded in each lesson. I also encourage communication in my classroom where students are allowed to make mistakes knowing that practice makes perfect.

I believe every learner is unique and deserves to be taught according to their specific needs. That's why I make myself available to help students learn English in context and at their own pace. My goal is to help speakers of other languages use English to connect with others and explore new opportunities.

As an educator in the field, whether online or onsite, I recognise the growing need to use English not just for communication but also for Exam Preparation and business.
