Qualified Education graduate offering English tutoring for learners in Johannesburg or online

My lessons are carefully structured to support each student’s learning needs, while keeping the sessions engaging and easy to follow. I begin each lesson with a brief revision of previous work to reinforce understanding and build confidence. This helps learners connect prior knowledge with new concepts. I then introduce the new topic using clear, simple explanations and real-life examples. This approach makes learning more relatable and easier to understand. I break down complex ideas into smaller, manageable steps so that students do not feel overwhelmed. Throughout the lesson, I encourage active participation by asking questions, promoting discussions, and involving students in problem-solving activities. I use different teaching methods, including visual aids, examples, and guided practice, to cater to different learning styles. This ensures that every learner has a fair opportunity to understand the content. Practice is an important part of my lessons. I provide exercises during and after the lesson to help students apply what they have learned. I also monitor progress closely and offer immediate feedback to correct mistakes and improve understanding. At the end of each lesson, I summarise the key points and highlight important concepts. I also give additional support where needed, including extra practice or revision. My aim is to create a positive and supportive learning environment where students feel comfortable, motivated, and confident to achieve their academic goals
