TEFL Level 5 Diploma English Tutor - IELTS, Business English, General English

Hi! My name is Lydia and I'm from Ireland. I'm a language-learning enthusiast and bilingual in English and Polish. I enjoy studying Latin and modern languages, and I'm also interested in etymology, linguistics and literature. I am a TEFL Institute of Ireland graduate with a Level 5 Diploma, specialising in Business English and online one-to-one teaching. I also hold certificates in TEFL methodologies, IELTS preparation and advanced grammar. I teach students of all ages and levels, utilising mostly though not exclusively the PPP (Presentation, Practice, Production) and Skills-Based methods for teaching, which are highly effective and which maximise the amount of time students speak in class. However, if you prefer a conversation-based class, need specific exam preparation or require assistance with tasks at work which you have to do in English, I'm willing to help. Bring in any materials you wish. I am a motivating, encouraging person, and I like listening to student needs and tailoring lessons and resources to address those needs. If you need a specialised course, such as a quick IELTS course, I can arrange it for you. My lessons focus on improving my students' grammar, vocabulary and pronunciation, as well as working on their reading, writing, listening and speaking skills. You can expect a lot of practice, interactivity, games and exercises. In our trial lesson, we'll speak about your learning goals and the way you learn best. We'll then determine a learning plan.
