Bonjour!

I am a Native New York City resident! I am residing in Paris working on my French and experiencing the culture.
I study Political Science at Baruch College which is located in New York City. I have a dual Minor in Business Writing and Journalism.
Writing is a passion of mine and in my free time I write about my experiences in the United States and Abroad.
I have visited the Carribean, Mexico and am now undertaking Europe.
I have a hands on approach which makes it easy to learn and comprehend english.
Being a native english speaker I've always taken pride in my grammar, vernacular and vocabulary.

I have tutored English and History from High School through University.
Aside from the "friendly letter" and its formatting, I can teach American shorthand which although I prefer not to, is a simplified and dynamic approach to writing.
Working as a Teachers Assistant I have graded papers written by students from all walks of life in the United States. Their grasp of the English language varies, and as such it is important to understand the skill level of whom I am grading.

I can grade and edit papers in English as well as curtail writing to an appropriate American standard.
I specialize in essay formatting, and research writing/citation. MLA, Chicago, and APA.
An additional forte at my disposal is the college application process which, after having made a number of friends from France, London, Hungary and Russian I understand can be frustrating and overwhelming.

When selected, my services will include not only the expected English tutoring, but an undivided attention to my student.

I hope to build a long term relationship with my students, watching them grow, and excel in whatever their academic and professional endeavors include.
