For general ESL learners, we cover grammar, vocabulary, speaking, listening, reading, and writing using real-life materials and everyday conversation. For professionals, the focus shifts to workplace communication — emails, reports, meetings, presentations, and industry-specific vocabulary. I use a communicative approach, which means we spend more time actually using the language than sitting through grammar lectures.
I have been told my lessons do not feel like lessons. I take that as a compliment. My students enjoy the sessions, and they leave with something useful every time.
