I have been taught by Valerie for over 5 years, both face to face on line. She is well prepared, produces interesting materials and has a great sense of humour. She is also skilled at getting the best from her students by identifying areas that need practice and reinforcement. She makes excellent use of the time available during the lessons and extends the challenges when setting homework. Because Valerie is bilingual in French and English she is often able to identify why a particular mistake has been made - despite this the lessons are conducted in French. There is a great balance between natural conversation and the lesson content. I have no hesitation in recommending her as a tutor.
