Teach, support students based on their needs (Grammar, Vocabulary, Homework,etc)

I find great joy in guiding others and seeing them discover new things and improve. I was once invited to teach an English summer course for a class of 20 high school students. At first, I struggled with managing materials, time, and keeping the students’ attention. However, I gradually realized that I needed to adapt to the environment by finding common ground or learning from the students themselves. With patience and persistence, I came to understand them better, and in turn, they accepted me and enjoyed learning with me. Furthermore, I have been learning English for nearly 20 years so I have observed, experienced lots of methods of teaching and I would find a way to fit future students.
