My teaching method is based on explicit instruction and student-centered learning. I begin each lesson by clearly explaining the learning objectives, presenting new concepts, and providing examples to help students understand the lesson. I then guide them through structured activities before allowing them to practise independently. I believe that students learn English more effectively when they actively use the language. Therefore, I design interactive activities such as pair work, group discussions, role-playing, presentations, and practical communication tasks. My goal is to create a supportive classroom where students have more opportunities to speak, express their ideas, ask questions, and build confidence, rather than simply listening to the teacher. As an experienced English teacher, I also adapt my lessons to students’ different abilities and learning needs through differentiated activities. I monitor their progress, provide constructive feedback, and use assessments to identify areas for improvement. I aim to create an inclusive and engaging learning environment where every student feels encouraged to participate and develop their English communication skills.
