Instructeur Stott Pilates, certifié matwork /tapis je donne des cours depuis 11 ans.
Ensemble selon vos objectifs et votre niveau de forme ,nous définirons le programme le plus adapté.
Le cours dure 55 minutes , depuis le confort de votre domicile ,nous solliciterons les principaux groupes musculaires pour une séance complète.
