L'idéal serait de prendre des cours particuliers d'anglais afin qu'un professeur vous aide à rédiger votre lettre.
En attendant, voici deux exemples qui pourraient vous aider.
On a deux type de lettres :
1) Informal Letters (lettres informelles) :
This is the type of lettre written to a friend or a family member just to catch up or update them on what has been going on. It can be in the form of a paper letter or even an email.
Ex:
Hey Hana,
It has been a while since I last dropped you a line. I missed you alot. Hope you are enjoying your time in Paris and doing all of the shopping you were looking forward to, haha! ------------------
------------------------------
You haven't sent me since your classes started. I know that you are busy, but we have alot to catch up on. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------
For now that's all, but I am looking forward to seeing you in my birthday party. I made sure it is during your spring break, so no excuses! ---------------------------------------------------------------------------
Don't forget to send my kisses to your mom!
See you soon,
Jana
2) Formal Letters (lettres formelles) :
This is the type of letter you write to a person where there is no personal relationship between you. You can write it to your manager, a government offical or even your proffeseur at university. It can be in the form of a paper letter or even an email.
Dear Mr. / Mrs. ------, (if you know the name of the person you are adressing)
Dear Sir / Madame, (if you don't know the person toy are adressing or even thier gender)
I would like to inform you that ------------------------.
Your constant support and opportunities have always ---------------.
If it's possible please -----------------------.
Thank you for your time and consideration.
Regards.
